About
Why Saint Lucia.
Saint Lucia is a volcanic Caribbean island known for the twin Piton peaks. Its Citizenship by Investment Programme dates from 2015 and is the most flexible in the region on paper: three investment routes, two of them recoverable.
The standard $240,000 contribution to the National Economic Fund is the most-used path. Alternatives include $300,000 in approved real estate (5-year hold) or $300,000 in non-interest-bearing government bonds (5-year redemption).
The Saint Lucian passport ranks 27th in the 2026 Henley Passport Index with 144 visa-free destinations including the entire Schengen Area, Singapore, and most of CARICOM. The UK now requires a visa for Saint Lucian nationals (visa-free access was revoked in 2024).
There is no physical-presence requirement at any stage. The full process can be completed remotely from your home country, with the oath of allegiance taken via video.
