Become Global Citizen provides advisory and intermediary services in connection with citizenship-by-investment and residency-by-investment programs in various jurisdictions. We do not provide legal or tax advice and are not a substitute for licensed counsel in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CFT), and sanctions regimes.
- Refrain from misrepresenting your identity or financial position.
5. Fees and payments
Fees for advisory services are quoted on a per-engagement basis and confirmed in a separate engagement letter. Government and third-party fees (due diligence, processing, passport issuance, etc.) are additional and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Final approval of any citizenship or residency application rests exclusively with the relevant government authority. Become Global Citizen makes no guarantee that an application will be approved.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Become Global Citizen Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Become Global Citizen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operating entity’s registered seat.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
